It's in 1987, at the age of 15 years Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt, two friends, formed the band called Sweet Children, with Armstrong on vocals and guitar and Dirnt on bass and backing vocals. In 1988, John Kiffmeyer joined the band as drummer and Manager. The Group decides then to leave the name of Sweet Children and adopt that of Green Day because they had smoke to much weed the day who called their band...
I don't like this song because I hate rock. Rock is dead... no famous radio station put rock (I mean radio like NRJ, FUN, SKYROCK that young people listen to and not RTL2 which is listened by people who are 40 years old). Moreover I hate their style their makeup (every time black eyes...) and their clothes...
